\nIn the East,<\/strong> the climate is more continental (meaning the days are warmer and the nights cooler) and this appeals to Sauvignon and Gamay.<\/p>\n

In addition to these traditional Loire Valley grape varieties, we have the “C\u00f4t” grape variety which is a cousin of Malbec.
